Ingredients required to prepare Milky Coconut Ladoos are

  • Freshly Grated Coconut 16 Oz
  • Milk (full fat) 3 cups
  • Sugar 1 and 1/2 cups
  • Cardamoms ground 1/2 teaspoons

2) Malai Mawa Gulabjamuns

To make Malai Mawa Gulab jamuns, mix Pure mawa or khoya and malai paneer. Mash and mix with some flour and baking powder to form a smooth and soft dough for the jamuns.   • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • Ghee between 8 to 10 teaspoons

For Pineapple syrup:

  • A big bowl of juicy pineapples finely chopped. or say 2 cups
  • Sugar Littke less than half of the bowl

Malai Chom Chom is an amazing dessert that is easy and quick to prepare. It is a spongy rasgullas malai chom chom or chum chum recipe, also known as Malai chop. It has a super creamy texture and simply melts in the mouth. To make this dessert, use soft chenna as the main ingredient and knead it before cooking it in boiling water for about 10 minutes. The cooking time depends on the size of the chenna balls. The key point to understand is that once they increase in size, they are ready.

When the chenna doubles in size, turn off the flame immediately and let it cool. After boiling, transfer it into the hot sugar syrup for a minimum of one hour.

Finally, pour amazing milk Kesar milk malai on top with some of your favorite dry nuts. To give it a stunning look, add some colorful tutti-fruity in the center of it. It looks beautiful when served. Total cook time

  • Pre-preparations 20 minutes
  • The time to prepare chenna sweets, malai, and garnishing takes 40 minutes.
  • Total time consumed 60 minutes

Cooking the sweets

To cook the chenna balls, heat and boil sufficient tap water in a large container. Drop these balls one by one into the boiling water, cover with a tight lid, and allow them to boil for 10 minutes. They will double in size and look beautiful. After 10 minutes, immediately turn off the flame and let them cool.

Once they are cold, gently squeeze out the water and transfer them into a hot sugar syrup. Keep them soaked in sugar syrup for a minimum of 1 hour. To prepare the sugar syrup, you need 2 cups of water and 3/4 cup of sugar. Dissolve the sugar nicely into the water and give it a quick boil. You don’t need any string consistency. Just as soon as it reaches its boiling point, turn off the flame.

To add the prepared chom-chom sweets to the hot sugar syrup, squeeze out the water from them and add them one by one. These sweets are so soft and spongy.

Ingredients required to prepare Malai Chom Chom sweets ~

1) For Chenna Balls we need
  • Whole milk 8 cups
  • White vinegar 5 tablespoons mixed with 5 tablespoons of water
  • For cooking the chenna balls we need sufficient plain water to boil them for 10 minutes
2) For Sugar syrup
  • 2 cups of water
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
3) For milk powder kesar malai
  • Milk powder 1/2 cup + 3 tablespoons
  • Milk 1 cup Sugar little less than 1/3 cup
  • Pinch of Kesar (saffron)
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
4) For garnishing
  • Almond flakes Tutti-frutti

10) Murmura Laddu. Puffed Rice Sweet.

To prepare Puffed Rice Sweet/ Murmura Laddu, use Jaggery without adding any extra sugar. It’s so simple and easy to prepare and looks gorgeous while tasting delicious. These laddus are so much fun to eat, especially for kids and toddlers.

To make these laddus, dry-roast the puffed rice for a while to make them crispy. You can add 1 teaspoon of clarified butter to dry roast them or just roast them without it.   • Puffed Rice (Murmura) 3 cups
  • Jaggery (Gur) 3/4 cup
  • Clarified butter (Ghee) 1 teaspoon
  • Water 2 tablespoons
Quality of the Jaggery used.

When cooking and melting jaggery, make sure to use the right quality of jaggery. The type or quality of jaggery that I used for this recipe is in powdered form and can be found in any local grocery store, especially Indian grocery stores. Some jaggery melts on its own, but I added some water to melt it down as it turned out soggy but did not melt after being cooked for a while. So, make sure to check which quality of jaggery you are using. You might not need to add any water if it melts on its own, so please check that while you try preparing this sweet.

Murmura Laddu is a traditional Indian Sweet Laddu made from Puffed Rice and Jaggery that is served throughout the winter months. It is just as popular as Chikki/Ladoo and is enjoyed by both young and old.

Tips:
  • For a crispy and fresh garnish, use Murmura that is crispy and fresh. If it is not crispy or is mushy, dry roast it in a skillet for a couple of minutes to eliminate the moisture.
  • When mixing Murmura with Jaggery syrup, you can add roasted sesame seeds or any other nuts.
  • You can adjust the size of Mamra Ladoo to your liking.
  • Alternatively, quickly spread the murmura and jaggery syrup mixture onto a greased dish after mixing. Cut out into the desired shape by flattening it with the base of a small bowl. Or simply prepare balls.
  • If you add extra water while rolling mamra laddu, it will become soggy.

11) Milk Cake sweet/dessert recipe

Milk Cake is a popular Indian dessert that is simply delicious and easy to make. It requires time and patience, but it’s worth trying. The grainy texture (Danedar) gives it a gorgeous look and awesome taste. You can make this dessert with just three common ingredients. To make it, you need to simmer milk on low heat until it reduces to 1/3 of its original volume. Then, add an acidic agent such as lemon juice to curdle the milk and create a grainy texture. After that, add sugar to sweeten, thicken, and form a cake-like mixture that’s formed into a log, chilled, then sliced into smaller pieces. Milk Cake, also known as Danedar, is a popular Indian sweet dish that is made by cooking milk slowly over low heat. To achieve the granular texture, the milk is curdled and cooked until all the water dries up. Since it is made entirely of milk, it is also known as milk cake.

12) RAJBHOG. Kesar Sweet

Rajbhog, also known as Kesar Sweet, is a famous sweet from Bengal that is easy to prepare at home and simply delicious. To make this sweet, you need milk, saffron (kesar), vinegar (or lemon juice), sugar, cardamom, semolina (sooji), and optional orange food color. First, curdle the milk by adding vinegar or lemon juice. Then, prepare chenna from the curdled milk and mix it with saffron, cardamom, and orange food color. Mash it up using your hands until it’s soft and smooth to touch. Shape it into a round softball and fill it with hand-crushed pistachios or any dry nuts of choice. Rajbhog infuses the goodness of the ancient Indian spice of saffron into the regular rasgulla. It is basically a spongy and soft rasgulla with a flavor of kesar and a center filled with some dry nuts that give it a unique texture and flavor.

Rajbhog, also known as Raj Bhog, is a traditional Bengali dessert prepared with paneer cheese. This delicacy is quite similar to Rasgulla, a popular Bengali sweets.
