I personally love these coconut ladoos because its simply delicious and could be easily stored in a box or a jar. Keeping these refrigerated is important if not using immedietely as these are made with milk. Moderations could be done easily by using jaggery or mixing honey and sugar in place of sugar and its still taste awesome.

These Indian sweets are also called as coconut fudge bar. You may transfer the coconut sweet mixture into a square mould and allow them to set. Refrigerate few hours and then cut them into square or diamond pieces and serve as coconut barfi.

Tips for moderation

Few other moderations could be done as well like you may also add some milk powder to it to prepare little differently. Or mawa could be added too to make it extra rich and healthy. Adding dry-nuts to the ladoos are a great option as well to add extra nutrition and crunch to the ladoos.
