Warm-up some ghee (clarified butter). Add freshly grated coconut and slightly saute. Add milk and give it a mix. Then add sugar and cardamom powder and mix. Continue to cook in low to medium flame until the milk reduces completely and the mixture turns creamy and sticky. Allow the mixture cools and be easy to touch. Prepare ladoos. Apply some ghee in between your palms and grab some portion from the prepared coconut mixture. Roll in between your palms and enjoy.
