Then add the chopped 1 big tomato 🍅 into it and cook these for about 2-3 minutes. Turn off the flame and allow the chutney mixture to cool. Once cold add some vinegar and give it a mix. Grind the mixture to make a paste out of it and your hot n spicy 🌶 chutney is all set to be e joyed.

  1. Red chili 🌶 12
  2. Garlic 🧄 cloves 5
  3. Tomato 🍅 1 big
  4. Black peppercorns 1 teaspoon
  5. Salt 1 teaspoon or as required
  6. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  7. Onion 🧅 chopped 1/2 cup
  8. Sesame seeds 2 teaspoons
  9. Oil 2 teaspoons

Into a pan heat 2 teaspoons of oil and add the 5 chopped or minced garlic cloves and sauté.

Add Onions chopped 1/2 cup and sauté along with the garlic. Once the rawness of the onions goes away add Ted chili’s 🌶 , black pepper corns 1 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon of salt 🧂 or as required, sugar 1 teaspoon, one big chopped tomato 🍅 and sesame seeds 2 teaspoons. Mix all and stir and quick 2 to 3 minutes.

Allow the chutney mixture to cool sometime and then add 3 to 4 teaspoons of white vinegar and mix.

Grind the mixture to form a paste.

  • 1 teaspoon or as required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper corns
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Oil

Notes

Points to remember:
You may use the dry red chilis by de-seeding them so as to reduce the strongness of the spice into your chutney.
Do not fry the onions. Just saute sometime to remove the raw flavour of your chutney.
Cook all the ingredients between 2-3 minutes. Do not overcook or fry them.
You may skip adding black peppercorns if you wanted to reduce the spiciness of the chutney
