Momo Chutney Sauce recipe

Simply grab some dry red chili’s 🌶 , a few garlic 🧄 cloves, some chopped onions 🧅, some salt, few peppercorns, a little bit of sugar, one big-sized tomato 🍅 , and some sesame seeds. Into some oil sauté the chopped garlic and then the onions, then immediately add the red chili’s, some salt, black peppercorns, some sugar, sesame seeds. Give it a quick mix. Then add the chopped 1 big tomato 🍅 into it and cook these for about 2-3 minutes. Turn off the flame and allow the chutney mixture to cool. Once cold add some vinegar and give it a mix. Grind the mixture to make a paste out of it and your hot n spicy 🌶 chutney is all set to be e joyed.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Red Chilis dry
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup Onions chopped
  • 1 Tomato (big size)
  • 1 teaspoon or as required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper corns
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Oil

Notes

Points to remember:
You may use the dry red chilis by de-seeding them so as to reduce the strongness of the spice into your chutney.
Do not fry the onions. Just saute sometime to remove the raw flavour of your chutney.
Cook all the ingredients between 2-3 minutes. Do not overcook or fry them.
You may skip adding black peppercorns if you wanted to reduce the spiciness of the chutney
