If you are craving some cheesy sauce for spreading up on your burgers/sandwich or for dipping in something that you really enjoy then you should go on with this sauce. This sauce tastes mild-spicy and sweet goes great for dipping up with the fries 🍟 or with burgers especially. I have adjusted the spices as per my taste buds:) but you may go ahead with adding more or fewer ingredients to it. The main key ingredients are Butter, Flour, Cheddar Cheese, Milk, Salt, and Sugar. Rest you may add or skip ⏭ It would taste fine.

I know how easy that sounds but make sure not to overcook the ingredients. As soon as the cheese melts into the milk and butter mixture you need to just wait for the bubbles to appear on the sides and you are all done βœ”οΈ cooking this. Simply pour into the serving bowl easy to dip or spread on your burger/ sandwich πŸ₯ͺ

Ingredients required to prepare Cheese Sauce.

  • Butter 🧈 6 teaspoons
  • All-purpose flour 3 teaspoons
  • Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • Peppercorn powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar 3 teaspoons
  • Milk 1/2 cup + 3 tablespoons
  • Mixed herbs 1 teaspoon
  • Cheddar cheese slices 5

Give these a quick stir and pour milk into them.

Sprinkle some mixed herbs if you like and give it a stir
