Cheese Sauce

Simply melt some butter 🧈 into the pan. Add the flour and quickly stir to mix. Immediately add garlic powder, black pepper powder, some salt, red chili 🌶 powder, and sugar. Give these a quick stir and pour milk into them. Sprinkle some mixed herbs if you like. Stir and add the cheddar cheese slices and let these melt into the milk completely. Once small bubbles start to appear on the sides of the pan it’s done. Quickly turn off the flame and transfer the sauce into the serving bowl.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 teaspoons Softened Butter
  • 3 teaspoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 3 teaspoons Sugar
  • 5 Cheddar cheese slices
  • 1/2 cup + 3 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Mixed herbs

Notes

Points to remember:
Cook in slow flame to avoid burning
The main ingredients to prepare this sauce are butter, flour, salt, sugar, red chili powder, milk, and cheddar cheese. You may skip other ingredients.
Turn off the flame as soon as the cheese melts completely and the mixture looks thick. Do not overcook
Once this cheese sauce gets normal room temperature the consistency gets thicker. 
You may microwave a few seconds to adjust the consistency if using later after cooking. Hope this helps :)
