- Coriander leaves 🍃 1 bunch or 2 and a 1/2 cup along with thin stems
- Regular salt 🧂 1/2 teaspoon
- Black salt little less than 1/2 teaspoon
- Black peppercorn 10-12 Cumin seeds little less than 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder little less than 1/2 teaspoon
- Green chili 2
- Garlic cloves 4
- Ginger 1/2 inch
- Chickpea flour/Besan bhujia any 4 tablespoons
- Lemon juice squeeze 1/2 of it or as required
- Mustard oil 1 teaspoon

- Thoroughly wash and clean the leaves along with the stems using a strainer.
- Cut out the leaves along with the thin stems. Discard the end thick edges of the stem. Or discard any thick part of the stem. Use the rest.
- Transfer the leaves into the grinder
- Add Salt, Black salt, Cumin seeds, Red chili powder, Black peppercorns, Garlic cloves, Ginger, Besan Bhujia, Mustard oil, and squeeze out the lemon juice into it and grind to form a smooth soft paste out of it.
