Method
- Thoroughly wash and clean the leaves along with the stems using a strainer.
- Cut out the leaves along with the thin stems. Discard the end thick edges of the stem. Or discard any thick part of the stem. Use the rest.
- Transfer the leaves into the grinder
- Add Salt, Black salt, Cumin seeds, Red chili powder, Black pepper corns, Garlic cloves, Ginger, Besan Bhujia, Mustard oil, and squeeze out the lemon juice into it and grind to form a smooth soft paste out of it.
