Ingredients required to prepare pumpkin pancakes are ~

  • Pumpkins cut Into thin slices, steamed, and then mashed 1 cup
  • Potatoes 🥔 boiled and grated 1/2 cup
  • All-purpose flour 1/2 cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper powder as per taste
  • Oil or butter as required to shallow fry these
