  • Vinegar 1 teaspoon or you may use lemon juice

  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Pineapple puree 3 cup

Gease the pan (8 in x 6 in) with butter and pour the batter. Bake in a preheted oven at 350 degrees farenheight for 36-40 minutes. Take it out and let it cool completely. Once cold, poke all over the cake using a fork and slice these keeping them in the same container so that once done with icing and decorating its easier to pull it out. Next, pour out the pineapple glaze on top of it and spread evenly using a spatula. Decorate with whipped cream, some cooked or canned pineapple piecses and holiday cherries on the top.
