Cook Time for Kimchi Omlette ~

15-20 minutes

Ingredients required to prepare Kimchi Omelette ~

  • Eggs 4 large sizes
  • Country-style kimchi chopped 1 cup
  • Onions thin sliced 2/3 cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Some spring onions are chopped to sprinkle on the top when served.

Step by Step Directions to prepare Kimchi Omelette ~

Crack 4 large eggs, add some salt and pepper powder. Beat the eggs lightly using a forlk.

Chop some big chunks of kimchi. Kimchi used is country style and has shrimp flavour in it.

Add chopped kimchi into the beaten eggs and give it a mix.

Next, add the thin sliced onions and mix nicely.

Heat some oil into a frying pan and once the oil is warm enough pour the mixture. Turn the flame at low and cook for few minutes. In between check if the the bottom side has cook well or not.

Then gently fold and turn and to the other side. Continue to cook in slow flame on the other side as well.

Divide the Kimchi Omlettee from the center, because this way it is easy to turn and fold as it is thick and fluffy in texture. Also, this way It stays very juicy and fluffy inside and the outside turns nice and golden brown in color.

Once it looks cooked well on both sides, and inside as well take it out and enjoy hot. Its that simple to make.
