Slice up some onions. Chop the big chunks of kimchi into smaller pieces. Mix up with eggs, salt, and pepper. Fry in some oil and enjoy. This is so simple and easy breakfast recipe that no one would ever hesitate to try. A combination of kimchi and eggs really goes well and I personally like to have it as a breakfast or as a brunch. It’s quite fulfilling and yum.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 in no. Eggs (large sizes)
  • 1 cup Kimchi (country-style kimchi used) chopped
  • 2/3 cup Onion thin sliced
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons Oil
  • Some spring onions chopped to sprinkle on the top when served.
