Instant Wheat Flour Breakfast recipe made with liquid dough. Garlic bread with cheese and veggies is so simple and easy to make. For the base, you may choose any wheat 🌾 flour that you prefer and mix it with water, salt, chopped garlic πŸ§„, green chili and some clarified butter 🧈 or ghee and mix in all together to form a liquid dough batter instead of kneading the bread hard to take a break.

This wheat flour liquid dough gives a taste of garlic paratha. Without kneading and messing up your hands, this is a great way to make a quick cheesy breakfast 🍳 or say a quick snack for yourself and your family.

Ingredients required to prepare the liquid dough are ~

  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Water 1 and 2/3 cup
  • Garlic finely grated 2 tablespoons
  • Green chili 1 finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves πŸƒ 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
  • Clarified butter 🧈 2 tablespoons
  • Bell peppers πŸ«‘ chopped as required
  • Mozzarella cheese shredded as required
  • Black pepper powder to sprinkle as required
  • Tomatoes πŸ… chopped as required
  • Salt to take
  • Some oil or ghee to grease the pan

Preparing the liquid dough batter

Mix the dry ingredients the Flour and some salt together. Then add water gradually into it and mix to make a liquid dough. Into it then add some finely chopped green Chili and finely grated garlic, and 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves. Mix these well and add 2 tablespoons of clarified butter and stir the batter well. Heat a pan. Grease the pan and pour some liquid batter into it and spread gently. Keeping the flame at low to medium let it cook few seconds. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on the top along with some chopped bell peppers πŸ«‘, chopped tomatoes πŸ…, with some chopped coriander leaves and sprinkles of salt and pepper on the top. Cover and cook until the cheese melts at the top and the dough cooks well underneath. Let it cool sometimes. Slice it up and enjoy hot.
