Instant Whole Wheat breakfast recipe

Instant Wheat Flour Breakfast recipe made with liquid dough. Garlic bread with Cheese and Veggies cheese and veggies.

Preparing the liquid dough batter ~
Mix the dry ingredients the Flour and some salt together. Then add water gradually into it and mix to make a liquid dough. Into it then add some finely chopped green Chili and finely grated garlic, and 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves. Mix these well and add 2 tablespoons of clarified butter and stir the batter well. The liquid dough is ready and all set to cook 👩‍🍳 into a frying pan with some sprinkles of cheese and veggies on the top.
For the toppings ~
Heat a pan. Grease the pan and pour some liquid batter into it and spread gently. Keeping the flame at low to medium let it cook few seconds. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on the top along with some chopped bell peppers 🫑, chopped tomatoes 🍅, with some chopped coriander leaves and sprinkles of salt and pepper on the top. Cover and cook until the cheese melts at the top and the dough cooks well underneath. Let it cool sometime. Slice it up and enjoy hot.

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 and 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 chopped Green chili
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Clarified butter (Ghee)
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese as required
  • Tomatoes chopped as required
  • Bell peppers chopped as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to sprinkle
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Some oil to grease the pan
