Fruit cream is a dessert that includes more or less freshly chopped fruits mixed with light sweet cream. Healthy and a quick dessert recipe. Very easy to prepare at home. You just need a few of the favorite fruits that you want to enjoy or you may simply use that is available to you. Simply peel the skin of the fruits of any for eg like if you are using apples 🍎, you may peel the skin as I prefer to do because I want it to be very soft and juicy apple bites coated with light sweet cream 🙂 I hope you will surely enjoy this way of preparing the fruit cream. Ingredients required to prepare Fruit cream:

  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup of condensed milk
  • 1 chopped banana
  • 1 cup of finely chopped cooked or canned pineapples
  • 1/4 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of pomegranate
  • 18 to 2 almonds soaked in water for 2-5 hours minimum. Peeled and then thinly sliced.
  • Tutti-frutti 4 tablespoons or as required to add some color or sweetness to the recipe
  • One medium-sized apple 🍎. Skin off and finely chopped.

Please Note: Use cooked or canned pineapples for this recipe. To cook pineapples simply add water and some sugar into it and boil few minutes. Strain the syrup from the pineapples and use.
You may choose any fruits to prepare fruit cream.

  • Pre-preparations 10 minutes
  • Soaking the Almonds 2 hours minimum
  • Whipping the cream 10 minutes
  • Mixing 10 minutes
  • Total time to prepare 30 minutes

Directions to prepare fruit cream

To prepare fruit cream that is rich and a healthy recipe we need to prepare our fruits by peeling and finely chopping them and then mixing them up with the sweet whipped cream mixture. To prepare the cream mixture we need to whip fresh cream until soft peaks. Within 7 to 8 minutes the cream is whipped then by adding some condensed milk into it give it a mix again. This mixture turns very creamy and tastes delicious. Then by adding all the chopped fruits of choice into it simply combine the mix. Chill sometime around 10 minutes and then enjoy. The best part of this recipe is that you may choose any of your favorite fresh or dry fruits 🙂

For this recipe as mentioned above in the ingredients, I have used more portion of pomegranate, chopped pineapples, finely chopped apples (skin off), and 1 banana chopped, 1/4 cup of blueberries, tutti-frutti 4 tablespoons, and in dry fruits, I have added some soaked and then peeled and thinly sliced almonds. You need to soak the almonds prior to the recipe for about 2 hours so that they get slightly softer and easy to peel the skin out of it.

Note: To cook pineapples 🍍 at home for preparing sweets and desserts and especially for this recipe we simply need to cook and boil these in water and sugar syrup for 30 to 40 minutes. By doing this these get softer and sweeter. For eg if you are cooking 1 cup of chopped pineapples then take 2 and a 1/2 cup of water and 1/4 cup of sugar. Mix and then boil and cook for 30 to 40 minutes. Then strain out the pineapple syrup and use just the pineapple pieces/🍍 chunks for preparing and mixing up in any desserts of your choice. Note: cooking pineapple is important for this recipe. Because when these are mixed up with cream these turn out sour and are bad for the recipe.

Choose the fruits and keep them ready to use

Use chopped pineapples 1 cup, home-cooked or canned. If you are cooking the pineapples at home then simply use some water and sugar and give it a boil. It turns slightly softer and sweeter. The amount of sugar that you are using depends on how sweet your pineapples are.

Pomegranate 1 cup. You may choose any fruits of choice 🙂

1 apple, skin off and finely chopped

1 banana chopped

Tutti-frutti 4 tablespoons

Almonds 18 to 20 soaked 2 hours minimum, peeled and thinly sliced

1/4 cup of blueberries

Preparing the cream

2 cups of whipping cream

Whip 7 to 10 minutes or until soft peaks

At this point add condensed milk 1/2 cup

Gradually add condensed milk and mix

The cream looks thick and creamy and taste delicious

Into a mixing container transfer some portion of cream and then transfer the fruits one by one. Add chopped bananas,

Chopped Apples

Pomegranates

Thinly sliced Almonds. Soaked and peeled.

Blueberries

Add cooked or canned pineapples

Tutti-frutti

Gently mix

Add more cream mixture on the top and mix

Well combine all the fruits with the cream
