Easy Blueberry Jelly. Homemade. No Gelatin Jelly Recipe

Easy Blueberry Jelly is a recipe with no Gelatin. Only three main ingredients required. Smooth and shiny textured blueberry 🫐 jelly simply melts into the mouth. Quick and easy to prepare at homes within no time. Could be stored in an airtight jar by storing in a refrigerator for later use. Fresh or slightly ripen blueberries could be used to prepare this jelly and enjoyed by spreading on your sandwiches or bread. If you like to prepare Jellies at home you may also try watermelon Jelly which is with less sugar in it and with no Gelatin

For storing these in small batches we need to sterilize our jelly jars by boiling these in hot water for 10 minutes. And then dried by microwaving it. I prepare jellies often in small batches instead of preparing a lot together. Then store them in sterilized jars.

The consistency is semi liquid. As you can see in the image that the liquid is not too runny. Its kind of dripping down very slowly. This is when it is hot but once cold it will thicken a little bit. Yes storing overnight would surely change the texture. It is somewhat like a jelly spread

Turn off the flame when the consistency thickens and transfer immediately into a jar.
