To prepare the topping we need fresh Paneer cut into small cubes and sautéed with a very few ingredients like finely chopped onions 🧅, few garlic cloves chopped, red chili flakes 🌶 , coriander leaves and salt 🧂 These are then being sautéed for some time in the oil. Then mixed with tomato ketchup, Sprinkles of Oregano, Cheddar Cheese along with some water. Mixed well nicely and cooked for 1 minute. Finally, you need to top your bread slices with the paneer and cheese mixture along with a layer of Mozzarella cheese and then baked until the base turns crisp and the cheese melts on the top.
