If you are wondering what is soft and juicy chicken means?? It simply means a chicken that is really soft and tender and dipped in a light sauce to make it taste simply delicious. Not a dry chicken it means and could be enjoyed with fried rice, salads, or even noodles or Naan.
Soft and juicy chicken is prepared using boneless chicken thighs. Boneless chicken is being cut into small or medium pieces and marinated for an hour before frying. The marination includes some spices and white vinegar to make it really tasty and soft. Well, I have used a few of the very common ingredients to marinate the chicken pieces such as White vinegar, Chili flakes, chili powder, ginger, and garlic paste, cumin seeds powder, coriander seeds powder, garam masala powder, some turmeric, Some chopped mint leaves, salt, and sugar. Though adding the spices has no boundaries. You may add the spices that you like the way you want. Find more Chicken and other Non-vegetarian recipes in this blog.
