Steps to Prepare Simple Pan-fried Fish (Mahi Mahi fillet Wild Caught Sea Fish)
- Cut out the fillets into pieces. Then rinse the Mahi Mahi fish fillets nicely with warm water.
2) Pat dry with a kitchen towel and marinate the fish pieces with some dried turmeric powder, some salt, and red chili powder, hot or Kashmiri red chili powder, any of your favourite Tandoori masala, and freshly crushed black pepper powder (optional)

3) Mix nicely and rub the spices nicely on the fish pieces. Coat them well.
4) Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
5) Gently place the fish pieces in the hot oil, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until each side is golden brown; turn and cook for another 5 minutes, or until it is slightly browned. Remove the mahi-mahi fillet from the skillet, allowing any excess oil to pour back into the pan.
