Ingredients required to prepare Rose Yogurt Lassi
- Whole milk yogurt (thick consistency) 3/4 cup
- Sugar 1/3 cup
- ROOHAFZA (Rose syrup) 2 tablespoons
- Cardamom seeds of 3 green small cardamoms
- Chilled water 3/4 cup
- Rose 🌹 petals to decorate Ice cubes as required
Directions to prepare Rose Yogurt drink
Use thick whole milk Yogurt for achieving better taste and flavor for this recipe. Into 3/4 cup of yogurt add sugar 1/3 cup, Rose syrup 2 tablespoons, Cardamom seeds of 3 green cardamoms, Chilled water 3/4 cup. Blend these until smooth. Simply pour into the glass with some ice cubes and enjoy. To decorate your drinking glass before pouring the yogurt drink simply drizzle some rose syrup to the sides of the glass. After the glass is filled with the drink decorate it by dropping clean and washed fresh rose petals right to the center on the top. That simply looks gorgeous.

Step by Step Directions to prepare Rose Yogurt drink
Use Full Fat thick Yogurt for best results.
Transfer Yogurt into a blender jar 3/4 cup
Add 1/3 cup of sugar into it
Pour 2 tablespoons of Roohafza (Rose Syrup) into it
Add 3 green cardamom seeds
Add Chilled cold water 3/4 cup
Shake a little bit
Prepare a smoothie out of it
Drop in some ice-cubes into the glasses as required
Drizzle some Rose syrup to the sides to add some flavor and to decorate it 🙂
Pour the yogurt drink
As you see the consistency of the drink is medium. Not too thick or thin. But you may adjust the consistency as you like it by adding more of the yogurt to make it thick or more of the water to make it thin.
Lastly decorate with some washed and cleaned rose petals in the center.
