Shaping up the pancake cereals chocolate flavor:

For shaping up these cereals I have used my kitchen dropper. This way its too easy to fill and helps form great mini shaped pancake cereals that I really enjoyed making.

Simply squeeze the top of the dropper and release it in by dipping into the pancake 🥞 batter. The consistency is exactly the right one and it filled through the dropper so easily without creating any mess.

You may also use any squeeze bottle to make it easy or just try using a Ziploc bag to make these but make sure to cut the Ziploc edge very small. Try to make a tiny pore and then hold tightly and squeeze.

Heat a skillet and brush it up with some butter. Keep the flame low while you make these. Squeeze the dropper and put somewhat flat and round drops forming a shape of mini pancake cereals, onto the heated pan. At this point the quicker you complete the circle is better because these cooks so fast that by the time you will finish putting the final few drops the first ones get completely cooked. So making in lesser amounts initially is good. Put around 10 to 11 drops max so that all are evenly cooked through by the time you finish putting the last one.

Once you are done putting the drops let these cook in low flame for about a minute. The top of these changes a bit in texture and looks cooked and light and fluffy. At this point check these by moving slightly with the spatula. If they moved easily leaving the pan without sticking then flip them by moving and shaking the skillet because this way this gets cooked properly and more evenly. When done, transfer these into a separate bowl and allow them to cool.

Serving tips:

Once done cooking these mini pancake cereals chocolate flavor, serve these little warm by putting them into a bowl, and drizzle some chocolate syrup. Also you may add extra fruit syrup on top or maple syrup according to your choices. Enjoy these with a glass of milk.
