As soon as it starts to boil add Orange Jell-O mix 1 pack full slowly into the hot juice and stir continuously. Add the Jell-O gradually and mix until dissolved. Make sure to keep the flame low to medium. As soon as the Jell-O mixes well, keep continue to cook for 5 minutes. At the end add a few drops of orange food color, and orange essence into it and give it a mix. Turn off the flame.

Transfer the hot mixture to a lightly greased container to set. Allow it to cool and then refrigerate for 6 to 10 hours or until sets nicely. Take it out from the refrigerator and cut it into pieces, because it is too jiggly and is easier to cut and scoop out this way.

Put some of the orange jellies which are cut into pieces into a blender jar and then add some whipping cream along with some sugar, as required. Quicky blend to whip. It’s so quick and easy. It was done within a few seconds.

Now finally to get it ready to be served, just scoop out some big chunks of jelly into a serving glass and top it up with this jelly mousse up to the top. Top it again with a nice big chunk of orange jelly. Decorate with some holiday cherry right in the center and sprinkle some granulated sugar as sprinklers 🙂 Looks gorgeous believe me! And so, yum.
