Honey Strawberry Sorbet without ice cream maker

Ice cream

I’m so excited to share awesome Frozen summer dessert “Honey Strawberry Sorbet” recipe made up of sweet and sour fresh Strawberry’s mixed with Honey and a fresh smell of rose water. It’s amazingly different from other flavors for those who knows and tried making it at home following few easy steps but I really think about those who doesn’t really know how it is and what it is and how to make it at home and that’s too without an ice cream maker ? Can’t imagine right ? I must say please go ahead and give it a try. It is so easy once you know how to achieve the ice cream consistency Sorbet. The actual “Sorbet”. Nothing is so amazing than a homemade Sorbet and made up of your own favorite flavors. Below is the detailed recipe.

Honey, Strawberry Sorbet recipe:

sorbet

Strawberries – 15 in number, sliced into two halves, washed and cleaned. Put them on a tray or plate separately to freeze them up nicely. Freeze it overnight.

Honey – 1 cup

Rose water – 1 tsp ( optional)

Sugar – 1/2 cup

Water – 1 cup

First you need to prepare sugar syrup for the Sorbet. So heat one cup of water and one cup of sugar in low flame and let the sugar dissolve completely into the water. Stir it gradually and then let it cool completely.

I’m using 15 whole strawberries in number then cutted them into two halves and washed and cleaned them. Place every single piece separately and cover and freeze overnight.

The other day take out the frozen strawberries and put them into a blender and add honey, rose water and sugar syrup. Blend them until smooth. Now transfer the semi liquid into a flat surfaced bowl. Cover and freeze it back overnight.

Next day take it out from the freezer and scrap and put it back into a blender. Blend it gradually. Add around 2 tbsp of honey. You can reduce the amount of honey here if you want. But make sure it blends nicely. Here you can see the consistency of the Sorbet has already starts to form. You may enjoy it like that.

But I must say freeze it back say around 3 hours and you see the actual ice cream consistency which makes it really enjoyable.

I’m not very web savvy so I’m not 100 certain. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated. Appreciate it

  2. There are many things to be considered depending on what you want to start.. Once you google it online you will get a more clear picture how how to start with it. You need to install plugins and all. I might include a detailed post on this topic in future. Thanks for asking this question?
