Easy Fruit Cake is prepared using dry nuts, raisins, fruit juice, almond flour along with some other common ingredients such as sugar, vinegar or lemon juice, All-purpose flour, tutti-frutti, milk, and some salt. Ingredients that are used to prepare this Easy Fruit Cake recipe. Dry nut cake without eggs. Soft and delicious. Healthy and homemade.

  • Orange juice 1 cup
    Oil 1/3 cup
    Milk 1/3 cup
    Lime or lemon 🍋 1/2 of it
    Sugar, little less than 3/4 cup (powdered form)
    Almond flour 1/2 cup
    All-purpose flour 1 cup
    Baking powder 1 teaspoon
    Salt 1/4 teaspoon
    Almonds chopped 2 tablespoons
    Cashews chopped 2 tablespoons
    Tutti-frutti 5 tablespoons
    Dried cherries 2 tablespoons
    Black raisins 1 tablespoon
    Ground Cinnamon a pinch
    Ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon
  • To garnish on the top
    Some hand-crushed cashews
    Few whole cashews
    Some tutti-frutti

Directions to prepare

Mix orange juice, oil, and milk and squeeze out some lemon juice and sugar, and give it a nice mix. Add baking soda and a pinch of salt into it and mix. Add Almond flour and all-purpose flour gradually into it and mix. Then add chopped cashews, chopped almond, Raisins, dry cherries, tutti-frutti, Pinch of ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg into it and mix. Add the rest of the flour and well combine all the ingredients. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes pour it into the baking pan and top it with some hand-crushed cashews, some whole cashews, and some tutti-frutti on top. Looks gorgeous and tastes yum. Once baked slice them into pieces and enjoy.

Preparing the baking tin

Use parchment paper to avoid sticking. Stick the parchment paper on the bottom and to the sides by using a little bit of oil or butter. Brush up the top as well with butter or oil. Then pour the fruit cake batter.

Baking

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit before putting the cake to bake.

Time to bake

Bake time 40 minutes

Step by step method along with the images shown below

One ☝️ cup of orange 🍊 juice

1/3 cup of oil

1/3 cup of milk

Squeeze out 1/2 of the lemon 🍋 juice

Give it a mix

Add 3/4 cup of sugar (powdered form)

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/4 teaspoon of salt

Give it a quick mix

Almond flour 1/2 cup

1 cup of All-purpose flour

Add all-purpose flour in portions and mix

Mix to make a smooth batter

Adding the dry nuts 🌰 and the fruits

Add finely chopped Almonds 2 tablespoons

Finely chopped cashews 2 tablespoons

Black raisins 1 tablespoon

Dried cherries 🍒 2 tablespoons

Pinch of ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg

5 tablespoons of tutti-frutti

Mix

Add rest of the flour and mix

Let the mixture rest 5 minutes after it has been mixed nicely

After 5 minutes of resting it is ready to be baked

Preparing the cake pan

Use parchment paper to avoid sticking

Use some oil or butter to stick the osiers on the bottom of the cake pan and to the sides

Brush up the parchment with some butter or oil on the top and to the sides and then pour the fruit cake batter

Baking

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 40 minute. Just vefire baking pour the batter into the cage pan

Sprinkle some hand crushed cashew s and some whole cashews on the top of the cage for decorating the cake

Sprinkle some tutti-frutti on the top as it looks colorful and gorgeous

It’s now ready to be baked

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes

Once baked!!

Once done cut them into slices and enjoy
