- 1 Cup Orange Juice

- 1/2 Lime or lemon . Squeeze 1/2 of the lemon or lime juice into it
- Little less than 1/2 Cup Sugar (powdered form)
- 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Almonds chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Cashews chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Tutti-Frutti
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Cherries
- 1 Tablespoon Black raisins
- A pinch Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
- Some extra hand crushed cahews to sprinkle on the top
- Some extra whole cashews to decorate
- Some extra Tutti-frutti to decorate
