Crispy and Cheesy Bread Pizza with Paneer. Healthy and tasty Breakfast recipe you must try. Great for kids and adults both. Very easy to prepare. To prepare this we need some bread slices. To prepare the topping we need fresh Paneer cut into small cubes and sautéed with a very few ingredients like finely chopped onions 🧅, few garlic cloves chopped, red chili flakes 🌶 , coriander leaves and salt 🧂 These are then being sautéed for some time in the oil. Then mixed with tomato ketchup, Sprinkles of Oregano, Cheddar Cheese along with some water. Mixed well nicely and cooked for 1 minute. Finally, you need to top your bread slices with the paneer and cheese mixture along with a layer of Mozzarella cheese and then baked until the base turns crisp and the cheese melts on the top.
These are the crispy and cheesy bites with loads of fresh soft paneer mixed with cheese toppings on the top and simply taste delicious.

Ingredients required to prepare Crispy and Cheesy Bread Pizza with Paneer are ~
- Bread slices 10
- Paneer cut into small cubes 4 cups
- Oil 2 tablespoons
- Onion 🧅 finely chopped 3/4 cup
- Garlic 2 teaspoons
- Red chili 🌶 flakes 1 teaspoon
- Cilantro 🌿 3 tablespoons
- Oregano 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon or as per taste
- Tomato ketchup 1/4 cup
- Parmesan cheese (Kraft) 3/4 cup
- Water 1/4 cup to mix the cheese with the paneer.
- Butter to brush up the parchment 📜 paper
- Mozzarella cheese shredded 2 cups or as required
Total Cook Time ~
- Time to prepare the Paneer Toppings ~ 15 minutes
- Bake time ~ Between 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees Farenheight

Bake in a preheated Oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 to 15 minutes or until the corners of the bread slices looks crisp and the Cheese melts at the top.

The mixture for the bread pizza is ready. Allow this to cool sometimes and then top the bread slices with this Delicious cheesy paneer mixture.
Baking of the bread Pizza in the Oven ~
Place a parchment paper on top of a baking tray
Brush it up with some butter or oil.
Line up the bread slices on the tray on top of the butter
Put some Paneer mixture on the top of the bread Slices
Sprinkle a layer of Mozzarella Cheese on top of the paneer topping.
Baking ~
Bake in a preheated Oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 to 15 minutes or until the corners of the bread slices looks crisp and the Cheese melts at the top.
It is done when the cheese on the top completely melts and the bread at the bottom gets crisp.
