Crispy and Cheesy Bread Pizza with Paneer. Healthy and tasty Breakfast recipe.

Pick a few bread slices and cut out the brown borders from these and keep aside. To prepare the Paneer topping for the bread pizza we need a very few common ingredients. Into a pan heat up some oil and sauté some finely chopped onions and garlic cloves along with some red chili flakes. Then add the Paneer pieces along with some salt and coriander leaves and mix. Cook and sauté the paneer with the mixture sometime. Then add Tomato ketchup, some sprinkles of Oregano, and Cheddar cheese dry (kraft brand used) into it and mix along with some water. Cook 1 minute and you are done with the toppings :) The mixture for the bread pizza is ready. Allow this to cool sometime and then top the bread slices with these Delicious cheesy Paneer mixture.
Place a parchment paper on top of a baking tray and brush it up with some butter or oil. Line up the bread slices and on the top put some Paneer mixture. Then sprinkle a layer of Mozzarella Cheese on the top of it.
Bake in a preheated Oven at 350 degrees Fare height for 12 to 15 minutes or until the corners of the bread slices looks crisp and the Cheese melts at the top.

  • 10 White bread slices
  • 4 cups Paneer Cut into Cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 3/4 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 3 tablespoons Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon or as per taste Salt
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Ketchup
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Kraft brand)
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • Butter to brush up the parchment paper
  • 2 cups or as required Mozzarella cheese shredded
