But once you try this you will know how soft and perfect this cake is. Also, this recipe requires very few common ingredients like melted butter, Sugar, baking powder, milk, lemon juice, and flour, which I guess available mostly at homes all the time.

Ingredients required to prepare this mug cake are:

  • Melted butter 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar 2 and a 1/2 tablespoons
  • Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • All-purpose flour 4 tablespoons

Directions to prepare:

Into a mug directly pour 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 2 and a 1/2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 3 tablespoons of milk, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and mix nicely. Add 4 tablespoons of All-Purpose Flour and mix.

Microwave it for 1 minute and 15 seconds. Depending on different microwaves it may vary a little bit in time but it should be cooked for 1 minute and 10 seconds for sure. Make sure not to overcook this cake. It should come out really soft and fluffy like mine.

No. These are typically prepared in a microwave.
