Note: Try not to refrigerated if not required. In case you refrigerate these then make sure to microwave for a few seconds and then enjoy.
These delicious Banana and Honey mini muffins get baked in just 15 minutes and are perfect in texture. Soft inside with right sweetness and fluffiness. You may drizzle up some honey on top for extra sweetness. Few drops of vanilla essence also add up the flavor in it while you make these. But you may skip that and prepare them without using any essence.

- Banana 1 (whole) fresh and soft
- Egg 1 large (whole)
- Quick Oats 1/2 cup
- Organic Honey 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Pinch of salt
- Melted butter 1/4 cup
- All-purpose flour 1 cup

- Bake time 15 minutes
- Total time consumed 30 minutes
This recipe makes 25 mini muffins.
Directions to prepare
Prepare these delicious muffins by peeling a fresh banana and grinding the banana with 1 large egg, 1/2 cup of quick oats, and some milk to form a fine smooth paste out of it. Use some of the milk from a total of 1/4 of milk to grind these ( Total milk used in this recipe is 1/4 cup)
Then transfer this mixture into a large bowl for easy mixing with other ingredients. Add organic honey 1/2 cup, lemon juice 1 teaspoon, milk 1/4 cup, or which is left. Pinch of salt, melted butter 1/4 cup, Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon and mix it nicely. Then add All-purpose flour gradually into the mixture and prepare a smooth lump-free batter.
Once the batter is ready line up the mini baking cups onto the tray and pour the batter slowly with the help of a spoon. Do not fill the cups too much.
Bake these for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Take them out drizzle some honey on the top and enjoy. You may also drizzle some butter along with honey. Taste’s good! Kids are going to love these. These are not only healthy versions of muffins but also tasty and easy to prepare that’s too without using any sugar.
Where there are kids and toddlers in the family this recipe is so helpful for sweet lovers. At least honey and banana give them some natural sweetness to the muffins or say cupcakes 🧁 and there is a way to discard sugar. Not the best thing that we can do but the better things that we can add inn to prepare our favorite recipes.

Peel a whole banana ( fresh and soft )
Add 1 whole banana, 1 large-sized egg, 1/2 cup of oats, and some milk for easy grinding. The milk used for this recipe is 1/4 cup. So add some from 1/4 cup only to grind this and leave the rest for later use. Grind them to form a smooth paste.
Transfer the mixture into a large bowl for easy mixing other ingredients.
Add 1/2 cup of honey, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, pinch of salt, milk that is left from 1/4 cup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and give it a mix.
Gradually add 1 cup of All-purpose flour and mix. Keep adding and mixing until it makes a smooth and lump-free banana muffin batter.
Line up the baking cups ( mini size ) on the baking tray.
Pour the muffin batter slowly with the help of a spoon and make sure not to overfill the cups.
Pre-heat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake them for 15 minutes
Take them out once done. These are soft and fluffy inside. Simply delicious and homemade
Drizzle up some honey on top and enjoy warm
