Pizza cups are made with the pizza dough, using some pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese including some sprinkles of oregano and mixed Italian herbs.
During these quarantine days trying something that is simple and easy to make without using too many ingredients that I know is not going to be a bad choice to make and would not be a waste.
My idea is to make plain cheese pizza cups with the same pizza dough that I tried earlier in my full pizza recipe or you may use the readymade dough from the market.

Ingredients:
Ingredients needed to make these pizza cups are as follows:
Pizza dough: 1 tube
Mozzarella cheese : chunks or shredded 1 and a 1/2 cup
Pizza sauce : 1 cup
Oregano leaves : just sprinkle some
Some Italian herbs : sprinkle some for flavor and aroma
Pepper powder optional: 1 tablespoon
Butter or olive oil: needed for greasing the pan
Procedure to make:
Take a small portion of the pizza dough and roll it out a little by keeping the thickness medium.
Use some dry flour while you roll these out with the help of a roller. Also, avoid rolling too thin or else it will stick to the pan and it would be hard to take them out.
Baking:
Make these in a cupcake baking tray by simply applying some butter, and placing the dough into the cups of the tray.
In the center of it put a spoonful of pizza sauce or put according to the cup size of the baking tray that is being used.
Put some chunks of fresh mozzarella cheese or you may also choose to put some shredded ones along with some sprinkles of Parmesan cheese (optional).
Also, sprinkle some oregano leaves, mixed Italian herbs, and pepper powder (optional) to add some extra taste and flavor.
You may also choose to add any vegetarian or non-vegetarian ingredients as your favorite toppings on top of it.
Bake – Bake it at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Baking time also depends on the thickness of the dough used so make sure you bake it until these turn brown and fluffy around.
As explained above when it slightly turns brown and looks fluffy around its the right time to take these out from the oven.
Once done, slightly cool them before serving and serve warm.
These small bites of pizza cups are easy and non-messy to make and tastes good too. For me, it’s a different way to have some cheesy bites.

Time to bake : 15 to 20 minutes
