- Paneer cut into cubes 30 medium pieces
- Oil 2 tablespoons
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Bay leaves 🍃 2
- Black cardamom big 1
- Green cardamoms 5
- Cloves 3
- Cinnamon stick 1/2 Inch broken or crushed
- Golden raisins 1 tablespoon
- Tomato 🍅 paste thick 2/3 cup
- Cumin seeds powder 1 teaspoon
- Coriander seeds powder 2 teaspoons
- Red chili 🌶 powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
- Ghee (clarified butter) 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
- Cashew paste 1/2 cup
- Total Water used 1 and 1/2 cup or as required
- Coriander leaves 🍃 chopped 2 tablespoons
- Fenugreek leaves powder 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
- Black pepper powder to Sprinkle lightly whipped cream to garish at the top

Heat some oil into a pan. Add some cumin seeds, bay leaves, cloves, cardamoms green and black, a small piece of cinnamon stick, and some golden raisins, quickly stir to sauté these. Immediately add tomato paste 2/3 cup and stir into the spices. Cook in low flame along with a cup of water. Once the tomatoes are being cooked few minutes and start to bubble add cumin seeds powder, coriander seeds powder, some garam masala powder, red chili powder, and a tablespoon of ghee (clarified butter). Give these a mix and continue to cook and simmer in low flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Then add some chopped coriander leaves some fenugreek leaves and mix well. Add some water at this point along with some sugar and give it a mix.
Add paneer pieces cut into bite sizes and mix. Immediately add cashew paste to it. Stir to mix. Add some water at this point to adjust the consistency of the gravy. But also avoid adding too much water as it will ruin the taste. Sprinkle some salt and pepper as per taste and mix. Cover and cook for five minutes in low to medium flame. Uncover. Give it a mix. and serve hot with roti naan fried rice biryanis or any thing that you like. While you serve this you may garnish this with some lightly whipped cream and some sprinkles of kasoori methi (fenugreek leaves powder)

Add some water at this point along with 1 and 1/2 sugar and give it a mix.
Add paneer pieces cut into bite sizes and mix.
Immediately add cashew paste to it. Stir to mix.
Add some water at this point to adjust the consistency of the gravy. But also avoid adding too much water as it will ruin the taste.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper as per taste and mix.
Cover and cook for five minutes in low to medium flame. Keep the flame low to avoid burning at the bottom of the pan.
Uncover and give it a mix.
Serve hot with roti naan fried rice biryanis or any thing that you like. While you serve this you may garnish this with some lightly whipped cream and some sprinkles of kasoori methi (fenugreek leaves powder)
