It is prepared using eggs and mixing these with some herbs and spices along with some chopped onions, and salt, and beaten up with an electric hand machine for few minutes. Fried in some oil by covering with a lid until turns golden brown and cooked well inside and outside both. Served as a breakfast dish or could be enjoyed during any meal.

Ingredients Required to prepare Omelete
- Eggs 🥚 large 4
- Onions chopped 1/2 cup
- Green chili chopped 1
- Black salt 🧂a pinch
- Regular salt as per taste
- Mixed herbs 1/2 teaspoon
- Herbs blend (Italian) or any) 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil to shallow fry
Directions to prepare Omlete
Crack 4 large size eggs into a bowl. Add 1 green chili chopped. Add a pinch of black salt and some regular salt into it as per taste. Beat the mixture using an electric hand beater few minutes or until the egg yolk and the whites are mixed well together. Into it then add the chopped onions, some mixed herbs, and some Italian or any other mixed blends and mix well together. The Omelet mixture is now ready to be shallow fried. Heat a frying pan and add some oil and pour the omelet mixture into it and cover and cook in low to medium flame few minutes. After some time uncover and turn to the other side. Cover and cook until done. The top turns nice and golden brown in color and the omelet fluffs up and looks well cooked and is nicer now 🙂 Serve and enjoy hot.

Crack 4 large eggs into a bowl
Add one green chili chopped
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Regular salt added as required
Using an electric hand beater beat the egg white and the yolks nice;y
Add onions chopped 1/2 cup
Mixed herbs 1/2 a teaspoon
Red chili flakes 1 teaspoon
Herbs Blend (Italian or any) 1/2 a teaspoon
Give it a nice mix
Heat some oil into a frying pan and pour the mixture
Mixture being poured
Cover and Cook few minutes on low to medium flame
Turn to the other side to cook
Cover again and cook the other side until turns nice golden brown on the top
Once done transfer immediately on a serving plate
