Decorating a mango cake is a quick and easy process that will make your Mango Cake look gorgeous and taste perfect. To decorate a mango cake, you will need to thinly cut 1/2 side of the ripe mango pulp into stripes, sweet mangoes 🥭 , and 1 cup of fresh whipped cream. You can use any mango cake of your choice. I used a homemade Semolina Mango Cake in a 6×6-inch round pan for decorating.
Total Time
The total time consumed to decorate the Mango cake is 20 minutes which includes pre-preparation for 10 minutes and decorating for 10 minutes.
Ingredients required
- Sweet Mango pulp 1/2 sliced and cut into strips
- Fresh whipped cream 1 cup
- Mango pulp sweet 1/2 sliced and cut into strips
- Whipped cream fresh 1 cup
Preparing whipped cream at home.
- Fresh Cream (Whipping cream or use fresh thick cream collected from home)
- Powdered sugar
If you don’t have whipped cream at home, you can use fresh cream to whip it. Take 2 cups of fresh whipping cream i.e. thick malai and by using an electric beater beat it for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cream stiff peaks. That’s when it is perfect for frosting the cake. Once you start beating the cream just after a few seconds add the icing sugar or powdered form sugar.
