At homes cutting a whole pineapple could be sometimes harder, especially if you are going to cut it for the first time. Here is how you cut it very easily to get the best juicy pulps out of it. You may store it or enjoy these in your recipes or just prepare a juice out of it and enjoy.

Step by step directions along with the images shown below
Cutting
Slice 1/2 inches from both the sides
Put it strait and cut right from the center into two halves
Removing the harder part from the center
In the center of the pineapple, there is a hard part that is slightly darker in shade and is visible. We need to take it out as this part is slightly harder and is difficult to chew, not juicy enough as the other parts of the pineapple.
Make a cut in between from both the sides of the hard pulp
Cut through deep inside to take it out easily
Now as the harder part is completely removed. Only the soft and juicy part are left.
That’s the harder part.
Trimming
Trimming out the outer covering
The thick outer layer or say skin of the pineapple has to be shredded out and then trimmed.
Remove the outer skin completely from the pineapple 🍍
Black spots you will see after the outer covering is being removed. Now we need to trim a little bit more and scrape out the black hard spots.

Slicing and Chopping
Below are the images just showing how to slice them up and chop these further as required by your recipe. These are the soft and juicy pulps of the pineapple that is being sliced and chopped 🙂
Chopped further…
