Cabbage Pancake. Super tasty and healthy recipe. Another way to make it. A very easy and tasty breakfast recipe. To prepare this we need cabbage thinly sliced or chopped, some bell peppers, chicken sausage fully cooked 2, 1 medium Jalapeño (chili), sliced onions, salt, chili flakes, All-purpose flour, spring onions chopped, some cilantro chopped, some chopped garlic, 4 large eggs, all mixed along with some water and oil in it, preparing a thick consistency batter easy for shallow frying. The batter is then scooped out and being shallow-fried until turns golden brown in color and fully cooked.

- Cabbage 🥬 thinly sliced and chopped 6 cups
- Bell peppers 🫑 1/2 cup chopped
- Jalapeño (Chili) 1 medium thinly sliced
- Onion 🧅 thinly sliced 1 cup (medium sized )
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup flour (All-purpose flour) or any other flour you may try to use
- Water 1/4 cup
- Oil 2 teaspoons
- Salt 1 and 1/2 teaspoons
- Red chili flakes 1/2 teaspoon
- Spring onions chopped 2 tablespoons
- Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon
- Coriander leaves 🍃 2 tablespoons
- Butter 1 tablespoon for each pancakes and some oil to cook.

Preparing the batter for the base of the pancakes~
Into another bowl take 1 cup of all-purpose flour and add 4 large eggs lightly beaten. Wisk these by gradually adding some water to it and prepare a batter. Then simply add the cabbage and the sausage mixture to this batter. Mix to combine well using hands. The pancake mixture consistency looks thick and the somewhat creamy batter base is ready.
Frying, cooking and serving the Cabbage Pancakes~
Heat up 1 tablespoon of butter or oil into a small or medium-sized frying pan and pour the batter by spreading it all over the pan. Preferably put a medium-thick layer of batter and cook in slow flame for few minutes. Level up the top of the pancake by using a flat spatula. Press after few minutes and if it moves easily you need to flip and turn your pancake. Before turning to the other side spray or apply some oil on top of your pancake and then turn it. This step will help cook it nicely in some oil until turns nice and golden brown in color. Cook both sides well in slow flame for few minutes or until both sides turn nicely golden brown in color. Serve and enjoy hot with any of your favorite chutney or sauces.

Washing, cleaning and slicing the cabbage~
Use thinly sliced or chopped cabbages 6 cups.
Preparing the eggs~
Lightly beat 4 large eggs and keep them aside.
Mixing the ingredients~
Into 6 cups of cabbage add 1/2 cup of chopped bell peppers,
Thinly sliced onions 1 medium or say 1 cup, coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons, garlic minced 1 tablespoon,
Salt 1 and 1/2 teaspoon or as per taste, Red chili flakes 1/2 teaspoon,
2 teaspoons of oil,
1 sliced Jalapeno, with some salt, and spring onions finely chopped 2 tablespoons,
Adding the cooked sausages~
2 Fully cooked chicken sausages chopped, or you may choose any fully cooked meat of choice.
Mix in all these ingredients together using hands and then keep aside until we prepare the base for these.
Preparing the batter for the base of the pancakes ~

Add 1/4 cup of water gradually into it and mix to prepare a batter for the base of the pancakes.
Mixing and combining the mixture ~
Simply add the cabbage and the sausage mixture to this batter. Mix to combine well, using hands. The pancake mixture consistency looks thick and somewhat creamy batter-based.

Quickly mix up the mixture just before frying these. Heat up 1 tablespoon of butter or oil into a small or medium-sized frying pan
