This is a quick and easy recipe to make and could be tried anytime and made in just a few minutes. Bread pizza could be a great breakfast recipe for anyone who loves the combination of bread and cheese with some bites of spicy chicken sausages in between yum! We need a few things in hand to prepare this quickly. Some bread slices, chicken sausage spicy ones, pizza sauce, some cheddar, and mozzarella cheese, and oregano along with some sprinkles of black pepper powder (optional), red chili flakes optional as well. It depends on how spicy you personally like. In fact, you may also increase and decreases the amount of other ingredients used.
You may also top it with some veggies like bell pepper, onions, tomatoes, broccoli etc.

Ingredients needed to make quick and easy bread Pizza
Whole wheat Bread Slices: 11 (small sizes used)
Pizza sauce: 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese shredded: 1 and 1/2 cups
Cheddar cheese shredded 1 cup
Chicken sausage (spicy): 2 medium sized cut into small pieces and stir-fried.
Oregano leaves dried: Sprinkle some
Black pepper powder (optional): Sprinkle some
Directions to prepare:
Stir-fry the chicken sausages: First step is to cut and chop the chicken sausages into small pieces and then stir fry them in some oil. Cook these for about a minute or until the water that oozes out from the sausage dries up and the is cooked. Keep these aside while you prepare other things.
Onto a baking tray place a parchment paper and arrange the bread slices in a row.
Spread some pizza sauce on top of the bread slices with the help of a spoon.
Put the stir-fried chicken sausages on top
Sprinkle some fresh mozzarella cheese shredded
Sprinkle some cheddar cheese
On top it sprinkle some dried oregano leaves and black pepper powder (optional)
If you like more spices you may also add up some red chili flakes and fresh coriander leaves.
Baking instructions:
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and then place the tray inside.
Bake it for around 10 to 12 minutes or until you see the cheese has melted.
Take these out of the oven and serve hot.
Pre-preparations: 20 minutes
Bake time: 10 to 12 minutes
