Vegetable Manchurian Dry / Soft Manchurian balls with the sauce recipe

To prepare Vegetable Manchurian we need finely chopped cabbage 🥬, finely grated carrots 🥕, finely chopped bell peppers 🫑, all-purpose flour as a base ingredient, some salt, cornstarch, red chili 🌶 powder, Ginger and garlic paste, and some water to prepare a thick sticky batter. Mix nicely using hands 🙌 to prepare this mixture. Add water 💧 gradually little by little to prepare the mixture. Make sure the mixture should not be too soft. Apply some oil on your palm ✋ and shape these as balls. Prepare all and keep aside. Heat oil for deep frying these. Fry these until turns golden brown in color and look fried well. Fry all in 2 to 3 batches and keep aside until we make the sauce for these delicious Manchurian balls. To prepare Manchurian Sauce we need to heat some oil into a frying pan. Throw in some green chili’s, some chopped garlic cloves, black pepper, and sauté few seconds. Then immediately add finely chopped onions and some good amount of spring onions into it and mix. Sprinkle some red chili 🌶flakes and sauté for few seconds. Add in some green bell pepper 🫑 cut into big pieces and sauté few seconds. Then add tomato sauce 🥫, some sriracha sauce into it, and give it a mix. Sprinkle some salt 🧂, add some soy sauce with a teaspoon of sugar and mix and cook few seconds. The sauce is ready and now immedietly add the fried Manchurian balls into it and give these a nice mix. Keeping the flame at the lowest, cover and cook these for 5 minutes and it is ready to serve:)Serve hot with fried rice 🍚 or anything that you like to try :)
While preparing the Manchurian balls make sure to add water slowly into it and mix. Avoid adding all the water together.
Preferably sprinkle salt at the end of the recipe as required to avoid too much salt as we have added 4 tablespoons of soy sauce in it and it has salt as well :)
