Dry-roast 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds in a sauce pan. Mix 1/2 cup of water with 1/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Give these a nice whisk. Then turn on the flame 🔥 and start adding 1/4 cup of honey 🍯 into it. Stir and cook until the mixture thickens. At the end add the dry-roasted sesame seeds and give it a mix. Let it cool. Once cooled or stir fried with the other ingredients like chicken fish or any veggies, the consistency gets little more thicker and nicer.
