Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 10-12 pieces Malai paneer or regular paneer
  • 1/3 cup Mustard oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 Black cardamom
  • 4 Green cardamom
  • 1 inch Cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns
  • 3 small Bay leaves
  • 2 large Onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon Asafedita (Hing)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry-red chili ground
  • Salt as required
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Gram masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoons Corriander powder
  • 2 medium Tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 cup Whisked yogurt
  • 1 cup Water

For Tadka ~

  • 1 teaspoon Ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander seeds crushed
  • 2 Dry-red chili
  • 2 Green chili
  • Some onions cut into cubes for tadka
  • Some Coriander leaves chopped to garnish
