Heat up 3 tablespoons of oil into a deep saucepan. Chop 5 to 6 garlic cloves and stir and fry until slightly turns golden brown in color. Add 1 large-sized onion roughly chopped into it. Continue to saute the onions and the garlic for some time or until the rawness of these completely disappears. Next, into it add ground turkey 16 0Z and continue to stir and cook until it oozes out water. At this point add some red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and kebab tikka masala 1 tablespoon. You may also add any of your favorite spices that you use to cook meat at home. Mix and continue to stir and cook until all the water disappears completely and the turkey meat looks cooked. It's been a while I have been cooking this. Lastly, add some chopped coriander leaves or any fresh herbs that you like and it would taste great for sure. Cover and cook for a while if you want. Cook until done. It took me 30 minutes to cook this. Enjoy this yummy turkey with steamed rice, veggies, or wraps. I have some wraps in my freezer. I'm going to fill turkey inside my wrap along with some veggies to add some crunch in it like cucumber, carrots, raw onions, etc. Wrap up the wrap and enjoy this as a snack or meal anytime. Good healthy and delicious recipe to try must say.
