Green chili sauce recipe

Short Summary to prepare green chili sauce at home
Thoroughly wash green chilis under running water using a strainer. Remove and discard the backside stem from the chilies. Then transfer these into a saucepan with some water to boil.
Let these boil and simmer for about 15-20 minutes along with a pinch of salt.
Once done boiling these, allow to cool completely before grinding.
Grind these using some water that has been boiled. Use water as required to adjust the consistency of choice that you can use to prepare other recipes or enjoy as a sauce for snaking.
Once done with grinding these add some white vinegar and give these a quick grind again or simply stir to mix.
Transfer in a jar or a sauce bottle to store and refrigerate for a long period of time.
Use within 3 to 4 weeks.
