Into a bowl mix all the dry ingredients like flour, salt, sugar, instant dry yeast, and garlic powder. Next, add some melted butter gradually into it and mix until you see the flour crumbles. Into it then slowly start adding warm water and mix to prepare a soft dough. Once a sticky dough forms, add olive oil gradually into it along with some dry flour if required and mix to adjust the consistency. Gently knead the dough until you feel the texture is smooth and soft to touch and no more sticky. Grease the bowl well and place the dough. Apply some olive oil on top of it as well. Cover with a food wrap and let the dough rise. Give it sufficient time to rise. I usually prefer leaving it a minimum of two hours for proofing.Once you see the dough has risen. Press and release the air and gently knead. Leve, it covered for second time proofing. This time it should take less time to rise. Well, in the same way after an hour or so uncover the dough, press to release air, and gently knead.Transfer the dough to a flat surface. Roll to prepare a log, Cut and divide the log into 6 equal portions. Then further divide each portion into 2 halves. Total this dough prepares 12 portions for medium-sized garlic bread. Bring together two small logs of equal sizes and shape them. To prepare twisted garlic bread, Join one side of each log together and stick to attach, then by folding and twisting two logs together, in an overlapping manner, as shown in the images below, shape them as twisted garlic bread.Once done preparing all. Line these up on a baking tray on top of parchment paper. Lightly cover and let these rest for 15 minutes before you bake these.By the time the dough is resting preheat the oven and prepare some garlic butter for these. Melt some butter in a microwave and add some grated or minced garlic and give it a mix.Once rested for 15 to 20 minutes, just before baking drizzle some garlic butter nicely on top of these. Sprinkle some Parsley for a nicer look. Brush up some more garlic butter as a second quoting so that the parsley sticks well to the bread.Immediately bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 to 35 minutes or until you see it's done.
