For preparing the dough for the Samosa
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 3 tablespoons Ghee (Clarified butter)
- 3/4 cup Water as required or
For preparing the Samosa Stuffing we need ~
- 1 and 1/2 cups Onions finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Oats
- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Carom seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Fennel seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon or as per taste Salt
- 1 Green chili chopped
- 3 tablespoons Coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Mango powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger and garlic paste
- 1/3 cup More oats
