- 4-5 cups thin sliced cabbage

- 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp chickpea flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup and little extra water
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon salt or as required
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or use freshly grated garlic
- 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Oil as required to fry and cook the pancakes
