- 4 to 5 cups Cabbage 🥬 (thinly sliced or chopped)
- 2/3 cup Red bell peppers 🫑 1/2 of a medium pepper used around 2/3 cup chopped or thinly sliced could be used.
- 2/3 cup Green bell peppers 🫑 1/2 of a medium pepper used around 2/3 cup chopped or thinly sliced could be used.
- 2/3 cup Orange bell peppers 🫑 1/2 of a medium pepper used around 2/3 cup chopped or thinly sliced could be used.
- 1 Jalapeno 1 medium thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chili 🌶 flakes
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon Salt 🧂
- 4 Eggs (large)
- 1 cup All-purpose flour (maida)
- 1 teaspoon Ginger and Garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 5 tablespoons Water
- 2 tablespoons Butter for each pancakes
