I would love to share the exact way of preparing pizza dough that is very easy and turns out perfect every time I prepare this way at home. Though there are many more ways you can prepare Pizzas at home, but this is one of my best way to prepare. To prepare a pizza base we need only a few regular ingredients like Plain flour, Instant Yeast, Lukewarm water, salt, sugar, and olive oil.

Crispy and Cheesy Bread Pizza with Paneer. Healthy and tasty Breakfast recipe you must try. Great for kids and adults both. Very easy to prepare. To prepare this we need some bread slices. To prepare the topping we need fresh Paneer cut into small cubes and sautéed with a very few ingredients like finely chopped onions 🧅, few garlic cloves chopped, red chili flakes 🌶 , coriander leaves and salt 🧂 These are then being sautéed for some time in the oil. Then mixed with tomato ketchup, Sprinkles of Oregano, Cheddar Cheese along with some water. Mixed well nicely and cooked for 1 minute. Finally, you need to top your bread slices with the paneer and cheese mixture along with a layer of Mozzarella cheese and then baked until the base turns crisp and the cheese melts on the top.

As of my experience and learning by preparing pizza dough at home again and again I have come across the point that it is clearly a “wait time” game that is required to get the very best results in order to achieve great taste and texture. Preparing the dough before 24 hours of baking or “Overnight refrigerating or maybe longer surely “gets more time to rise slowly which makes a difference. The Pizza base or the bread comes out really soft and fluffy that I personally like.

This pizza 🍕 is prepared using 2 cups of 100 % whole wheat and 1 cup of All-purpose flour combined with a Yeast water mixture that is prepared using some sugar, salt, water, and oil mixed and combined well to form a dough. The dough is being kneaded well for few minutes and then being rested for a minimum of 2 hours preferably in a warm damp place allowing the yeast to work well in a suitable atmosphere.
