Please Note: Important tips to remember
- Add milk as required to prepare the batter for banana fritters
- The batter has to be thick, easy to fryÂ
- You may use sugar in place of jaggery
- Deep fry in low to medium flame until dark brown in color. So that it should be well cooked inside and outside turns slightly crispy and crunchy :)
- In place of Clarified butter, you may use oil as well
