Ingredients
For marination we need ~
- Sea bass fish 10 pieces (medium cut and small. Mixed pieces used)
- 2 teaspoons Turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons Dry-red chili ground
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
To prepare the curry we need ~
- 1/4 cup Mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Fenujgreek seeds (methi)
- 1/2 inch Cinnamon stick
- 8 Green cardamom
- 4 Cloves
- 2 Black cardamom
- 2 Dry-red chili
- 3 Bay leaves
- 2 teaspoons Garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons Ginger paste
- 1 and 1/2 cups Onion paste
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Dry-red chili ground
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 2 whole Green chili
- 1 cup Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon or as required Salt
- 3 tablespoons Coriander leaves chopped
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1/2 teraspoon Garam masala
