Points to remember:
- At the start of the recipe make sure not to fry the onions and the garlic, Just saute few seconds and immediately add the other veggies to avoid burning.
- Cover and cook the vegetables until soft before adding the Rice Noodles into it
- I have used stir-fried rice Noodles for this recipe, so it took me 15 to 20 minutes to cook these. well. Cook time may vary depending on what Noodle you are using.Â
- Canned Chicken is softer and juicy in texture. If you are using fresh-cooked chicken then cook time may vary again for this reason.Â
- You may add any of your favorite veggies for preparing this meal.
- In place of water, you may add extra chicken broth :)
